I've thrown out so many mic's I lost count. Yes I do throw them out and not return them, I don't have Patience and lose my temper. My fault for not returning and getting my money back. But it feels good breaking the lousy mic's. The SmartMic was a godsend. easy setup and worked the first time so I went ahead and bought the lav and the new omni-directional Mic as well. All 3 work fantastic! Just finished using the clip on SmartMic on an interview, changed to the directional mic and did another. Both sound so good. One happy camper!
